If you like working in a cubicle, pushing a pen, filling out paperwork, quiet work areas, and dull work days – then Urban War Zone is NOT for you! Working at a paintball field is fun. We have music, we’re outdoors, things are always changing and moving. You get to meet and interact with a lot of fun people. Sounds like fun, right?



What you need to do

The first step is to go through the list of open positions. If there is a position that you enjoy, select it. Next read through the job description and qualifications. If you feel that you would be a good fit, then select “apply online” and fill out the questionnaire. You will receive a response that we have received your application.



Rookie Referee

$7.50 / Hour, flexible hours, max 20 per week.

This is an entry level position where you will help customers play games. The primary responsibility is to keep customers safe and having a good time while following the rules. A good candidate for this position is outgoing, confident, and dependable. You do not need to know very much about paintball or have any experience doing this at all. You will quickly find that there are teammates here who can help and guide you until you’re proficient at the job. This is a weekend position for Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Hours are flexible and this position is great for students and those with many daytime / weekday obligations.


Cashier

$7.50-$9.00 / Hour, 12-20 hours per week

We are looking for a skilled cashier who is very organized, personable, and dependable. You will be checking in groups, taking payment for events, and making sure they get what they’ve paid for after they have made payment. This is a weekend position for Saturday and Sunday and will most likely be for no more than 20 hours per week.
