What to expect your first time playing paintball

When you arrive

Once you arrive we’ll walk you through check-in, go through a safety orientation where we’ll show you how to use the equipment and explain what the safety guidelines are. After you’re finished with the safety orientation you’ll be accompanied by our skilled refs to the playing fields where you’ll have a blast playing paintball!

Our staff is always on hand to give you strategy tips, help you operate the equipment and to make sure you’re having an amazing time.

What you need

All of our paintball packages include a helmet, chest protector, paintball marker and unlimited compressed air refills. The packages also include various amounts of ammo to launch at your friends. You need to bring clothes that cover your skin and shoes that are comfortable for running around in.

We will provide everything else!

How do I play?

Our highly trained staff will show you how to use your equipment. We’ll also go through an orientation and explain rules of play. In addition we provide referees for every game who will help start and manage your games, as well as get you set up and help you with your strategy as you go. Playing paintball isn’t hard to do and what little you do need to know, we’ll show you!

Ask our team for advice and tips as you play, they’ve seen it all and can help you make the most of your games. Need some one on one training? Just ask!

Does it hurt?

Everyone wants to know if paintball hurts. Contrary to what you might see on the internet, you will not go home covered in bruises. The perception that paintball is for “hard core” guys trying to prove to each other how tough they are is a little outdated. We do lots of parties for kids as young as 10 or 11 years old. We use high quality paint that reduces impact and offer free chest protectors to all our customers.

If you have more questions about intensity, please check out our low impact paintball for kids and adults who want to reduce impact to a minimum.

Does paint stain?

We use high quality paintballs which do not stain, are non-toxic, and which reduce impact making it more comfortable of you to play. While the paint does not stain, grass and dirt can.

Dress appropriately for running around, diving and rolling on the ground, and to get sweaty. Avoid wearing expensive shoes or office / church / date attire.

You're more likely to get grass or dirt stains than paint stains. Dress appropriately. Visit our blog post for more information about clothing stains.
